PM&L Theatre presents one of Agatha Christie's best known titles, a thrilling mystery that is certain to keep you happily guessing until the very last scene.

Agatha Christie adapted her short story "Traitor Hands" (first published in 1925), into the successful stage play "Witness for the Prosecution" in 1953.

SYNOPSIS

In this three-act courtroom drama, set in England, Leonard Vole is arrested for the murder of Emily French, an elderly woman of whom Leonard became a friend and, eventually, a beneficiary. With the evidence stacked against him, Leonard looks to his wife to testify in his behalf, only to discover that she's decided to act against him--as a witness for the prosecution.
